This body of work was done for the third annual Orcas Paley
group show in Seattle, entitled "Pocket Deity"...
contemplating ritual, prayer, and the portable divine...
I found myself entering into a process that was the perfect tightrope
walk between improv, play, and intent I have ever experienced.
The resulting pieces channeled my childhood experiences of religion
coupled with a very abstract idea of spirituality, and my love of found object art...
Discovering yet another voice and jumping off point for future works.
